Q. With Multiple POS's, can they link together?
Yes, no matter how many POS's you have in your center, they all communicate with the front desk.
Q. Does my system work with any automated bumper?
Yes, they work with any automated bumpers other than the manual bumpers.
Q. Does the system accept credit card transactions?
Yes, our system accepts VISA, Mastercard and debit card transactions.
Q. Can I control the pedestal from the front desk?
Yes, you may control any pedestal's function from the front desk; from changing the names to simply the settings.
Q. Can I charge by the time or by the frame?
Yes, our system is capable of charging by time ( mins/hrs ) and by the frame.
Q. Can the system use B.L.S. (Bowling League Secretary and be operated from the front desk?
Yes, our system intergrates with the B.L.S. and can be operated from the frontdesk if no backoffice is available.
Q. Can I access my scoring system remotely?
Yes, you access your system remotely, via computer or smartphone.
Q. What equipment is available with the purchase of a backoffice?
The backoffice includes: computer, LCD flat screen, keyboard, printer, business management/accounting program and interface system (Quickbooks), windows 7 operating system, UPS battery back-up and networking to front desk.
Q. What can I use my backoffice for?
You are able to use your backoffice for accounting, B.L.S. and run reports.
Q. Can I use my own computer as a backoffice?
Yes, you are able to use your own personal computer for your back office. The operating system must be windows 7 pro or equivalent.
Q: Can I choose any color I want for the rotomold heavy duty plastic frame around the touch screen monitor and also the Pedestal?
Yes. We have a variety of standard colors to choose from. We can color match a specific color if you like; however, there may be an extra fee involved. We will let you know up front what that will be for you to make the best decision for your center.
Q: Does the Pedestal have any special features?
Yes. Our Pedestals now include at no extra charge, 2 USB charge plugs for customers to charge their phones/tablets. We also provide a shelf on the back of the pedestal, at your request, at no additional charge.
Q: When I throw the ball, can I see a replay of this on the pedestal monitor?
A: Yes. With our ‘in color’ instant replay you can view the last ball thrown at the pedestal
Q: Can I design my own logo or picture on the front of my pedestal?
Yes. We have done school logos for universities and also for one center the word STAR in the name was replaced with a cutout of a star. We want to make your pedestal as personalized as possible if that is what you want. We have some centers that leave their pedestal blank because they place special decals on the front for different tournaments/leagues/events. Send us the picture and we will be glad to discuss your ideas.
Q: How does the lighted pedestal work?
The pedestal has a remote, once turned on it will stay on until you choose to turn it off. The remote allows you to change the colors to just one color or multiple colors. You can have them flashing, fade in and out and stay permanently on one or multiple colors. Each pedestal can be set up to do its own thing, all with just one remote.
